 I help people who are feeling overwhelmed, have high stress, or are unable to do the things in life that they want to.  It can be daunting to live a life that is out-of-balance. I will help you get ready for the next phase of your life.  You will set a new course, and hit  ENTER on your life plan.

Spring 2025  6-week coaching package $1349

• (Two) One-hour Intake meetings to gather history and develop coaching plan [in person, Zoom, Face-time, Skype or telephone]
• (Four) Weekly 45-60 minute individual meetings [in person, Zoom, Facetime, Skype or telephone]
• Additional weekly visits can be added, as needed, for an additional charge.
  

*Psychological testing, diagnostic assessment, diagnosis formulation, clinical psychotherapy, mental health treatment planning, psychiatric referrals, and other psychological or medical treatment interventions are not performed.
